What does a visit cost?+
A house call visit is a flat $975, including the physician's travel time, a comprehensive in-home physical exam, any required prescriptions or refills, and follow-up related to the visit. Most PPO plans partially reimburse this fee. A telephone consultation is $500, depending on the medical complaint.
Do you take insurance?+
Dr. Farzam is an out-of-network provider. We'll provide a detailed superbill so you can submit to your PPO for partial reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
How fast can a doctor get to me in Los Angeles?+
For most LA neighborhoods — from Beverly Hills and Santa Monica to the San Fernando Valley and South Bay — the typical arrival window is 30–90 minutes. Text us your situation and we'll give you a real ETA in minutes.
What hours are you available?+
Available 7 days a week including after hours, weekends, and holidays.
What can you treat at home that urgent care can?+
Almost everything: flu, strep, UTIs, sinus infections, sprains, IV hydration, EKGs, in-home labs, pediatric illness, and more. If you need imaging or a true ER, we'll tell you straight.
